All images, art images, collages, portraits, photoshoot images, cards, pet images are copyright of Heaven’s Light Photography and/or Linda Letkemann, photographer, and may not be reproduced in any form without prior authorization from photographer

Heaven’s Light Photography has the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. Heaven’s Light Photography may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting persons who violate these Terms.
Any communication via email is considered to be in writing.

Heaven’s Light Photography may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (ii) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by Heaven’s Light Photography of such websites or resources or the content, products, or services available from such websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
Damages
If there is any threat to the Photographer or their equipment by any subject, the photographer has the right to end photo session immediately with no further liability to finish the session, with no refunds given.
The Client is responsible for their own conduct and that of all participants in the photo session. Any damage to equipment caused by the client or any of their participants, are the sole financial responsibility of the Client. The Client agrees that the Photographer is held harmless for any injuries or damages sustained preceding, during and immediately after the photo session.
Pets must be well behaved and not vicious. If photographer feels threatened by any pet, the photographer may cancel the session with no liability to the client for any further images not already taken.
Limit of Liability
In the unlikely event that the Photographer can not perform this agreement due to a medical or natural emergency, or for any other reason beyond the Photographer’s control, the Photographer shall return all moneys paid to the Client and shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement, unless another photo session can be booked with a mutually agreed upon time and place. This limitation on liability also applies in the event that the photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. If, for any other reason, the Photographer fails to perform, the Photographer will not be liable for any amount except the original cost of the session. No further compensation will be due the Cli
Color
You understand and agree that Heaven’s Light Photography uses all reasonable efforts to accurately display the colors of Original Works of Art, Digital Works and Printed Works on their website. However, since individual computer monitors may display colors differently, we are not responsible for the color accuracy of any Original Works of Art, Digital Works or Printed Works displayed on the website, and disclaim all liability in this regard.
Warranty
The services, Heaven’s Light Photography art content are provided “As Is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Heaven’s Light Photography makes no warranty that the site, services, or art content will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure or error-free basis.
Heaven’s Light Photography makes no warranty in regards to the quality of any works, services, content or of any products purchased or obtained through this website, or the accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness or reliability of any content obtained through this site or any of our services.
Changes
We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to: change descriptions or references to artworks, products, or services; limit the available quantity of any artworks, products, or services.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Heaven’s Light Photography and you regarding our services and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Heaven’s Light Photography and you in regards to any of our services.
Refund Policy
Once the photoshoot has been booked and an initial deposit of 50% of the total price for the photoshoot has been paid, this contract becomes effective.
Once the images have been sent to you or given to you on a USB drive, they are Non-Refundable. If for some reason, you receive the incorrect images, the photographer will send you the correct images.
For images purchased from the Art Gallery, once the image is sent, either digitally or in print form, it is Non-Refundable. If for some reason you receive the incorrect image, I will send you the correct image at no extra charge. This will be verified by your invoice.
